Biscoff Hong Kong-Style French Toast

Instructions
On a cutting board, spread peanut butter on one slice of bread and Biscoff spread on the other. Add a pinch of flakey salt to one slice of bread. Sandwich both slices together and set aside.
In a small pan, heat neutral oil on medium.
In a small bowl, whisk together egg yolk and heavy cream.
Dip each side of the sandwich bread in the egg mixture and place into the heated pan. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden.
Serve immediately with your choice of condensed milk and/or maple syrup. Sprinkle with Biscoff biscuits.
