Biscoff Hong Kong-Style French Toast

- On a cutting board, spread peanut butter on one slice of bread and Biscoff spread on the other. Add a pinch of flakey salt to one slice of bread. Sandwich both slices together and set aside. 
- In a small pan, heat neutral oil on medium. 
- In a small bowl, whisk together egg yolk and heavy cream. 
- Dip each side of the sandwich bread in the egg mixture and place into the heated pan. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden. 
- Serve immediately with your choice of condensed milk and/or maple syrup. Sprinkle with Biscoff biscuits.
