  1. On a small plate, prepare your pan con tomate by rubbing garlic on one side of the bread.

    Rub to your own taste - the longer you rub the garlic, the stronger the flavour is.

  2. On the same side of bread, rub and squeeze tomato till there is a thick layer of juice and tomato flesh on top.

  3. Finish it off with olive oil and sea salt to taste.
